TIMING
Upon payment, your custom pet portrait will be complete within 4-5 weeks. Does not include packaging and shipping time.

Custom Pet Portraits are an artist interpretation of pet images provided. Not a guarantee of exact likeness of pet due to the loose and artistic representational style of the artist's work.

Buyer will provide 3-4 digital photos via email with the pet in various positions (ex: close up onface, standing, laying down, sitting), and note which is a favorite photo to be used as the primary direction.

Due to custom work, payment is non-fundable.

SHIPPING
All artwork will be packed individually to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Items will be shipped within 5 days of final payment.
